Shipping Policy

At HIGH-PRICED LABELS (“HPL”), every piece is custom-sourced and made to order through our private atelier. Because of this bespoke process, shipping times differ from traditional retail purchases.

Processing Time

  • Standard production processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Processing begins after payment is received and confirmed

  • Orders cannot be modified once production starts

Shipping Time

Once production is complete, orders are shipped with tracking.
Estimated delivery timeframe: 3–5 weeks
(Varies based on destination, customs clearance, and carrier activity.)

Tracking Information

  • Tracking is uploaded and sent once available from our atelier

  • Tracking may take 3–7 business days to update depending on carrier scanning

  • Clients may monitor tracking through the courier’s website once activated

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • HIGH-PRICED LABELS is not responsible for customs delays

  • Any import duties, fees, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility

  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs; HPL cannot issue refunds in these cases

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is in transit and scanned with the carrier:

  • HIGH-PRICED LABELS is no longer liable for delays, loss, theft, or delivery issues

  • Clients must contact the carrier directly for claims or investigations

  • HPL will assist in providing documentation if needed for a carrier claim

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout or during quote submission.
HPL is not responsible for:

  • Mis-delivery

  • Returned packages

  • Additional shipping fees due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
