Refund Policy & Final Sales Agreement

All pieces sourced through HIGH-PRICED LABELS are custom-made, produced specifically based on the customer’s submitted screenshots and specifications. Because every order is crafted individually:

All sales are final.

HIGH-PRICED LABELS does not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Order cancellations

  • Refunds for any reason
    once payment has been submitted and production has begun.

Quality Assurance

Each item is:

  • Inspected by our atelier before shipment

  • Reviewed for accuracy based on the customer’s submitted request

  • Packaged securely to minimize transit risk

HPL Errors

If HIGH-PRICED LABELS verifies that the wrong item was created due to an HPL processing error (not due to a customer's error), we will work with the customer to resolve the issue appropriately.
This may include:

  • Reproduction of the correct item

  • Partial solutions determined on a case-by-case basis

  • ​

Photos and videos will be required for review.

No refund for:

  • Change of mind

  • Shipping delays

  • Custom dissatisfaction based on subjective preference

  • Minor variations in color or hardware tone due to photography or screen differences

  • Customs delays or fees

  • Refusal of package

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

By placing an order or submitting payment, the customer agrees to all HIGH-PRICED LABELS Final Sale terms.
