Payment is required in full before your order is submitted to the atelier for production.

Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded after payment.

Not to open disputes or chargebacks based on delivery times

Not to dispute orders due to customs delays

Not to dispute orders due to minor variations in hardware, color, or craftsmanship (expected with handcrafted production)
